Cointelegraph: Boerse Stuttgart Digital Custody became Germany’s first crypto asset service provider to receive a full license under the European Union’s new Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Boerse received a Europe-wide license as part of the firm’s efforts to become a regulated infrastructure provider for banks, brokers and asset managers.

The BTC/USDT pair has reached the downtrend line, which is expected to pose a substantial challenge. Circle’s USD Coin stablecoin outpaced all other stablecoins in terms of market capitalization growth in 2024, after a decline in 2023. The circulation of USD Coin USDC tickers down grew 78% year-over-year, outpacing the growth rate of all global stablecoins, Circle said in its third annual State of the USDC Economy Report released on Jan. 14.
