The Nanha was an Indian painter in the service of Gorkani rulers, Akbar and Jahangir. In the early 1580s he belonged to the court workshop, where he was not one of the top artists, but he made quality contributions in the composition of pictures and in the coloring of his works and other designs. His last known pictures were created around 1620 AD.
