šŸš€ Overcoming Fear and Self-Doubt šŸš€ šŸ“– Prologue šŸ“– First post of a series** Fear and self-doubt are the biggest obstacles stopping us from reaching our goals. They test our conviction and make us face ourselves in our truest form. To achieve success, we must confront them head-on. We must first realize that fear is an evolutionary response meant to protect us from being hurt. However, it can also keep us in a comfortable & predictable prison. šŸ›”ļøšŸ  There are different types of fear, and all are real: fear of pain šŸ©¹ fear of failure āŒ fear of not being good enough šŸ˜” fear of uncertainty šŸ¤” and moreee ** In my next posts, I will go over different ways to overcome fear. False evidence appearing real. During my athlete days, when ever I feel this emotion what I usually do is visualize the scenario before it happens. This gives me more confidence in achieving that things that I want. This is a great series bro will watch out for more.

Visualization is a great way to get centered/ grounded! You athletes sure do have a great resilience to overcoming fear, and using it to your advantage. Sports is awesome!! Btw, what sport did you practice?

Learned from one of our National athletes who uses that technique during competition. Agree bro, you just don't need physical strength mental toughness is one of the factors to become great. Athletics bro, mostly field events.
