yeah, we found out yesterday that it is possible to remove "labeled as spam" manually, just need to get to the right people :)

How to check if your account has been marked as spam label

1. 適当なcastにいいねする
1. Like a random cast

2. いいねしたcastをWarpcastにログインしていないブラウザで開く
2. Open the liked cast in a browser that is not logged in to Warpcast

3. castのいいね欄を開く
3. Open the cast's likes section

4. 自分のアカウントが表示されなければスパムラベル状態
4. If your account is not displayed, it is labeled as spam

スパムラベル状態の人は、同じスパムラベル状態の人以外に通知が飛ばない、いいね欄、フォロワー欄に表示されない。
People with the spam label will not receive notifications or appear in the likes or followers list except for people with the same spam label.

To make it easier to understand, I made a video using an account I used before that was labeled as spam.

The spam label remains.

i see, it's the similar way my shadowban checker was working 

I'm not marked as spam, I can see my casts & likes without any issues 

:/

Just comment on someone's cast who does not follow you
and open that link in incognito browser
If you find your reply in the section "show more replies" you are probably labeled as spammer
