GM - early in my career, I received a fortune from a cookie that read "today is a day for work not play, so don't be tempted." I promptly pinned that fortune over my desk and used it as a sort of mantra to resist distraction. Any casters have a mantra (personal or professional) that keeps 'em honest these days?

i used to work with someone who would always say "my jobby is my hobby" until a Scottish colleague pointed out that jobby is slang is excrement, which takes that from cute alternative to "i love my career" to .... well something very different.
