Zora launched ERC1155 -> ERC20 mints yesterday, where certain NFTs can have a timed open mint and then trade on a Uniswap pool after. But is it working? I whipped up a quick dash to take a look at mint versus secondary behaviors 👀

The core thesis is that when memes "take off" there currently lacks liquidity/volume because NFT marketplaces are broken. But Uniswap/memecoin trading always works, and may be a better market value fit.

Taking a look at some of the top collections from yesterday, and you can see the thesis somewhat playing out! Some collections have much higher secondary volume than mint volume, but some don't. It's an interesting way to approximate velocity of a meme.

Whereas pumpdotfun pools have to compete to hit "liquidity", every zora mint ends up in a pool. The dynamics of meme competition are different here, and it will be interesting to see how it gets adopted.

Got a question that still haven't figured out. Do all mints end up with a different token name on uniswap for secondary or do they all join the same token ($ZRATKN). Hopefully my q makes sense, lol
