Got a tiny dune request: can someone put together a dune dash that shows the number of major Uniswap delegates who are actively participating in governance in 2024 but weren't in 2023 (either because they were inactive or because they were not major)

- major defined as: w/ greater than 100k UNI in voting power 
- active in 2024 as defined as voted at least once in 2024
- inactive in 2023 as never voted in 2023

I get one 😅

Believe the query should also track their delegate totals at end of 2023 versus today, to see if they are new “major” delegates too
