sharon fruit is a persimmon variety where they took away that bitterness potential - im reading that one can eat it like an apple (hardness) or softer like plum the berry it's the 2nd time I am seeing first time i thought this is not good but maybe not representative 🌟 like if you had a bad tomato vs a good tomato

most of the persimmon i've ever had in the US i've had to wait till it was soft to get the sweetness
