Interestingly know people who don't eat breakfast because it's too early for their stomach to deal with food. Find that very interesting. Personally wake up hungry so it's difficult to imagine not having breakfast.

growing up in the Caribbean I was forced to have breakfast every day and now that im older I don't eat until noon lol 😭

it ranges from region to region but one thing I've noticed the common denominator is (fried) bread dough aka dumplings, plantains and a protein of some sort google wasn't bad with the examples either lol
