My favorite salad in the world has just 4 ingredients: tomatoes, green peppers, shredded feta cheese, and EVOO!

This one is a bit more exotic then. Tricolour greens, tomatoes, feta cheese, chopped parsley and for dressing a quick mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard. Should have added the mixed nuts of pumpkin and sunflower seeds as well but forgot. Next round.
