Thinking about Navalny and his incredible message… Made me think how death is inevitable and what do we each want to leave behind? What would be the message you’d want others to know if you weren’t around? His was: don’t allow anyone to scare you, don’t give in to fear.. which to me is about love ❤️

Best ultimate start is the classic : "The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying" by Sogyal Rinpoche. Then there is an incredible practitioner in Santa Cruz with a workshop on death and life called - “No One’s Getting Out of Here Alive: Choices in Living and Dying”

The last one is a pretty hardcore in person workshop 😅 will definitely shift things as they are old school no bs full integrity practitioners. Not very social media so they are hard to come by
