before i read this book and even before covid i became rather obsessed with crows . was leaving them peanuts on the balcony . then listening more to the different bird sounds . there's so much to learn or just experience without getting too heady .

started appreciating my close environment on a different level. Bird watching yes! ~ including deep listening (Oliveros) and some other contextual activities that focus on the background instead of the figure
