Hugh, I know you like to mute & ignore your critics, but it does not serve you well. Trump should absolutely be prosecuted for J6, but as Jack Smith observes practice & precedent, he will NOT indict a sitting president. Trump’s J6 prosecution was not lawfare, it was essential.
