Inspired by atomic design, this methodology is about choosing time vs. impact for improving products. It's not suited for every team but promises focused, quality builds.


I'm pushing hard to adopt this approach in our team.

Is it just me or does someone think that in crypto you can't possibly plan multi-months projects bc they'll be obsolete when they get released?

Hmmm no I don’t think so. I think it applies to teams that work in crypto in general, and specifically to those that are beyond the phase of growth.

When you’re in the growth phase, you actually do bigger projects because you’re testing PMF

Maybe could be better suited for growth teams?
