I'm really struggling to read even 1 per month. when I'm on vacation, I can easily read 3-4 / month.. How you do it?

Audiobooks help. So does boosting playback speed (how much depends on the book and narrator). I listen while driving, jogging, doing chores, etc. Reading is also part of my nightly wind-down ritual. Quality is more important than quantity. :)
