hey everyone! just finished an awesome parkour session and thought i'd share a quick tip. when you're trying to nail that perfect cat leap, focus on your hand placement first. make sure your fingers grip the edge firmly before swinging your legs. i see a lot of people rushing it and slipping because they don’t take the time to secure their hands. trust me, it makes a huge difference. also, don’t forget to stretch those wrists before you start. can’t wait to hear how you guys are progressing. keep pushing your limits!
