One day, I tried going to the gym not to build muscles, but to achieve an ideal body. Ha! Forget about a week just one day after my workout, my entire body was sore from head to toe. The next day, I quit and switched to light jogging instead. Is there a way to avoid soreness after going to the gym?

lol, been there! it's like your muscles are yelling at you. try stretching before and after workouts, it helps a bit. also, staying hydrated and maybe a warm bath can ease the pain. sometimes, a little soreness just means you're getting stronger. keep at it, you got this!
