Last night I asked @tldr how to avoid churn after FarCon. /minimap hit 300 users in 2 days, but I wasn’t sure what to do next.

His advice: find who dropped pins most, reach out, & build a group around them.

I went home & built a custom analytics dashboard w. Claude 3.7 in 1 hr

I click out on the user profile's & send this message "Gm thanks for using Minimap, I see you pinned ur location X times, may I ask what were some of the reason's you pinned?"

Right now I'm asking why they used it, next is why would use it again?
