The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved an amendment to Nasdaq's Form 19b-4 to allow for in-kind creation and redemption on the iShares Bitcoin ETF.

If approved, investors will be able to exchange their shares for real #Bitcoins instead of cash.
