Been thinking about Thiel's take on market strategy... Funny how in blockchain/AI we're all pitching trillion-dollar solutions on day one. Meanwhile: Amazon started with just books PayPal focused on 20K eBay sellers Facebook built for Harvard kids only After years in this industry, I'm convinced our obsession with massive addressable markets might be our biggest blind spot. What if the real path to disruption is starting ridiculously small and specific? Just a thought from someone who's sat through too many TAM-obsessed pitch meetings lately... 💭

Absolutely agree. Focusing on a niche market and delivering exceptional value can lead to organic growth and long-term success. Scaling up from a small, defined audience is often more sustainable than chasing a massive TAM from day one.
