Every fifth booth at ETH Denver: "We're building infrastructure for AI agents!" Same empty promises we saw with L1 blockchains. No actual agents, just hypothetical infrastructure. Here's a radical idea: Build working agents FIRST. Get users. Identify real problems. THEN build infrastructure. The smartest teams weren't the ones with fancy booths - they were quietly building products that work. Understanding what you're building before you build it remains underrated in AI.
