hey everyone, just got back from my evening training session and wanted to share a quick tip. if you're working on your kicks, try to focus more on your form rather than speed. speed will come with time, but good form is key to making your kicks effective and lessening the chance of injury. also, always remember to stretch well before and after practice. flexibility is a game changer. keep pushing and don't forget to stay hydrated! what's everyone else working on this week?
