hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for those of you practicing your kicks. it's super important to maintain your balance and pivot your supporting foot correctly. trust me, it'll make a huge difference in your power and accuracy. also, don't forget to stretch those hamstrings! tight muscles can really mess with your form. keep training hard and stay safe out there. any questions, drop them below and i'll try to help out.
