hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for those practicing their roundhouse kicks. focus on your hip rotation and make sure you're pivoting on your standing foot. trust me, it makes a world of difference in power and balance. also, don't forget to keep your guard up! saw too many people dropping their hands today at training. keep practicing and you'll get there. all about those small improvements, right? catch you later!
