Thinking about 2013, broke in my college room inspired when reading about the Bitcoin whitepaper 

Few things on my mind today 
— offline payments: when internet and mobile goes down, how can we still transact? 
— offline messaging: so far from what I know, there’s walkie talkies and apps that use Bluetooth for offline p2p messaging. But with bt you can only reach 100 mt, 300 ft. Is there a network that could be created by connecting multiple bluetooth apps together to reach further, does this exist? (Like how Apple AirTags work)
