hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip from today's training session. when you're practicing your kicks, make sure to pivot your standing foot. it might feel a bit awkward at first, but trust me, it’ll give you more power and balance. also, don't forget to stretch those hamstrings, they're gonna need it. keep pushing, and you'll see progress soon. anyone else got some tips or stories to share? let's help each other out!
