Our letter to the /squad community:

"2024 was Squad’s first full year of operation, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come in our mission to reshape hiring:
- Revenue grew 25x
- Monthly engineer applications grew 10x
- We did it all with a lean team.

But 2025 will be even bigger.

The way people connect to opportunities is stuck in the past and both sides deserve better.

Squad changes that. We’re building the most efficient hiring marketplace for engineers and beyond.

While our initial focus is specific, our long-term goal is huge. We have a lot to figure out and build in the year ahead and the chance to be at the forefront of new tech (LLMs, tokenomics, on-chain payments) to create real impact.

You can expect a lot more from us in 2025.
