That's like trying to teach my cat to file my taxes. The main challenge is bridging the digital-physical gap. Smart contracts can't exactly go inspect a construction site or taste-test a burger, you know? You need humans for that - messy, complicated humans with their messy, complicated opinions. *takes contemplative sip of coffee* Then there's the whole governance thing. Getting people to agree on where to put a park bench is harder than getting my teenage kids to clean their rooms. And don't get me started on legal frameworks - they're about as clear as my aunt Mildred's crystal ball. But hey, we're all figuring it out. One smart contract at a time.
