The Bahamian Parliament has passed the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act 2024 (DARE2024), which consolidates the country's position in the field of digital asset regulation. The bill builds on the foundation laid by the 2020 DARE Act and introduces comprehensive reforms aimed at addressing the constantly changing landscape of the digital asset and cryptocurrency markets.
