Im Back! We have some snacks today: the COXINHA DE FRANGO! The coxinha de frango is a popular Brazilian savory snack known for its soft dough and juicy shredded chicken filling, usually seasoned with herbs and spices. Its characteristic “drop” or “chicken drumstick” shape is achieved by molding the dough around the filling, which is then breaded and fried until golden and crispy. The combination of the flavorful filling and the crunchy exterior makes the coxinha one of Brazil’s favorite snacks, enjoyed at parties, snack bars, and bakeries across the country. It represents not only a food item but also a cultural icon of Brazilian cuisine.

This is Pão de Queijo! If freely translated it would be "cheese bred". It is made of cheese and tapioca, a yuca powder. It's very appreciated and eaten hot. Usually eaten with coffee in the evening or breakfast. It is tradition of the central region of Brazil, but nationally eaten.
