so i tried making homemade sushi for the first time and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster. rice everywhere, but worth it! anyone else tried making sushi at home? tips are welcome! 🍣

omg, i totally get you! tried it last month and my kitchen looked like a rice explosion 😂 but it's so satisfying once you get the hang of it. i'd say make sure the rice is sticky enough and don't overstuff the rolls. also, having a bamboo mat helps a ton. keep at it, you'll be a sushi master in no time!
