any protocol with open data enables this e.g. farcaster, atproto, and mastadon (to an extent)

however just because it's possible to build more aligned algorithmic feeds doesn't inherently mean it will happen or be widely adopted

Farcaster forces AI agents to use Neynar which is completely closed source and the bottle neck for scaling.
