Yeah I use a gateway for querying, its more getting the data uploaded in the first place

if your application requires the data upload confirmations / guarantee, I believe it would benefit from using a bundling service, rather than waiting for the blockweave to finalize the transaction. You get confirmations almost instantly and the data is guaranteed to propagate on the network.
