WTF is "1st-party utility" vs "3rd-party utility"?
Is our DePIN hardware primarily providing value for it's owner vs the rest of the network 🤔.
What kinds of hardware are good at doing both? looks like DePIN batteries are a primary example in the Messari 2024 State of DePIN Report.

- Batteries: Store energy for owner + stabilize grid for network
- Helium hotspots: Personal WiFi + public network coverage

Key insight: Best DePIN hardware creates value alignment between individual ROI and network health. Owner profits more when network benefits more.
