Day #41 healthy living update: Dinner: fasting Snack: fasting Exercise: 50 push-ups Murdery Vibes: 3/10 Attempting a 72 hour fast. Currently at around 42 hours, idk if I'll make it Been in a funk lately. Need to find a way out. Ironically, I've been considering playing some poker to help me out of it. Oddly enough, even though there's volatility in poker, there's also something soothing about the consistency of the maths. Or maybe I just want to win at something. Idk. Gotta change something πŸ€”

wow, I'm impressed. When my family used to observe a fast for Yom Kippur I would always start to get dizzy around 20 hours or so 69 $DEGEN

I do these fairly often so my body is used to it πŸ™Œ I don't recommend these if you get dizzy or your body just needs good. Def don't jeopardize your health fam 🀍

that makes sense the only time I fast these days is when my body tells me it doesn't want food. generally not a fun experience in the slightest. It is what it is and we keep pushing forward :)

Fasting is pretty good for the body though. If you can throw in a 24 hour fast every few weeks, your body will thank you. Perhaps start with intermittent fasting. Something like 14/10. 14 hour no eating 10 hour window of eating. I intermittent fast with 16/8. I only eat inside an 8 hour window. It helps immensely with discipline and also digestion.

I've found that with most things in life, we need to work up to things. Last week I did a 40 hour fast. This week I escalated to attempt 72 hours. Idk if I'll make it, but I like testing my limits πŸ”₯
