We found about 20 accounts that tipped @razdva close to 10000 and they all had something in common. 

They were all less than 7 days old and had received and locked around 1.2 million DEGEN via Bybit.

What lengths? Created 10 alts, locked Degen for all of them. Tip from all the alts to the original account. That's like 10min in the first day and a minute every day after that.
