Anyone been diversifying their stablecoin holdings so as to not be fully reliant on USD back stablecoins? I'm contemplating buying some EURC.

Since EURC is also issued by Circle, a US company I could imagine some issues at some point. Maybe look into EURe as well, a european-issued one by Monerium
