Hilariously I got tested fairly late in life, and was still a bit shocked to hear it

Confided in some friends about the diagnosis, all they said was "We could've told you that for free" 💀

Sounds about right tbh, it's only been more common for adults to get diagnosed in the past couple of years.

As I said to the doctor, prolly would've helped a tonne when I was a kid or a teen. Nowadays it's a bit like.. yeah, I mean, I'm just me at this stage. Made life work around things.

On the bright side, at least now the younger gens might get more help and support with that stuff, rather than just being told they're "inattentive".
