Weird. What wallet of yours is at the top of your connected addresses? If it’s not your Warplet, then the degen site should work. I’ve heard of others having issues though, so maybe it’s an issue Jacek is working through.

The top of my connected addresses is not my Warplet. The goofy thing is that it shows my allowance and my vault amount, but doesn't find anything to claim for season 13. I know I had at least 6000 degen to claim when I last looked. Weird.
