It could backfire or it could work out great for him cause then it shows up on CNN or wherever and deters Dems from bothering to go to the polls.

i think it's more likely to have the opposite effect. liberals, by and large, dgaf about polymarket or even know what it is. the ones paying attention to this shit - besides the occasional CNN plug - are crypto bros. and some percentage of them think a trump win means number go up... somehow.
