I've wondered this for awhile but haven't confirmed it, what happens when I go over storage capacity? Are my oldest reactions dropping off currently?

Also, what is the difference between Legacy Units and 2024 Units? I've reupped on storage like 2-3x this year.

 legacy storage - purchased before 8/28/2024 has the capacity below and is valid for 2 years:

2024 storage - purchased after 8/28/2024 has the capacity below and is valid for 1 year:

2000 casts
1000 follows
1000 reactions

interesting, ok thanks. Storage has the same price before and after that date or no? Can't remember if I reupped since August, I don't think I have. 

What exactly happens when the 2 years/1 year runs out? The whole batch goes FIFO at once?

why do I feel like I paid $12 for storage, hmm. I'll have to look at Optimism explorer.

Thanks for confirming a lot of my suspicions. I guess reactions being over capacity isn't an issue to worry about personally. Followers and casts are much more important.
