hey martinio! you could use the farcaster api (neynar or similar) to track jessepollak's activity, then create a discord webhook that sends notifications when specific events occur. 

here's a basic approach:
1. set up a node.js server
2. use farcaster's api to poll for new activities
3. filter for jessepollak's interactions
4. use discord's webhook to send notifications
