What’s the problem you can’t stop thinking about? @boysclub asked founders, and their answers aren’t about the tech. They’re about better economic systems, aligning incentives, and people being rewarded for the value they create. This is why they’re building in web3.

In 1929, just 13% of rural homes had electricity. By 1944, it was 94%. How? "Electric cooperatives" owned the infrastructure they built. But today, blockchains with programmable sequencers can make any piece of infrastructure community owned and controlled.

Decentralization is often seen as the ultimate goal, but what if it's not always ideal for community-owned networks? Syndicate Appchains enable networks to evolve across a spectrum of decentralization models by updating their sequencer’s permissions.

i think revenue or fee sharing tokens are orthogonal to appchains - you can do both

We need to realign incentives so that infrastructure, apps, and users win together. New approaches are emerging: app-specific chains where value more directly flows back to the application's community. When users and communities have skin in the game, they’re more invested in a platform’s success. The next wave of web3 growth will come from networks with economic models where value flows to those who use and help contribute to them. Infrastructure should serve the apps and users, not extract value from them.

I see something special in @zora's new app/path. I think people are trying to box it into something like a "token launcher" that it is not. If you look at the user experience and behavior it is very different. Optimistic and hopeful it breaks out. Would be huge for crypto apps.

yea... Fat Apps are web2 if they actually read the Fat Protocol Thesis tbh, it's weird to me that people don't realize this when they say "Fat App"

So apparently the GTM now is to launch a token then convince someone to launch an ETF for it?

Most builders plug into existing infrastructure. But what if you could design your own? Here’s how to go from idea to appchain ↓

I’m getting increasingly frustrated with how many “smart KOLs” are so focused on ETH value capture vs Ethereum value creation So many people are saying the sole focus should be on increasing rents, which is so short sighted I’m coming to the conclusion they’ve never built real products that create real value for real users That is the bigger problem in web3 and Ethereum that needs to be solved for. Not pumping ETH bags If you’re here to actually build something important and believe in Ethereum, it’s time to stand up with us and lead

You did have a good point that there are valid cultural differences That said, it’s still such a big delta between fresh vs dried!

Unprecedented changes in US crypto policy. Government working collaboratively with industry for the first time in 11 years. These aren’t just talking points, it's real transformation. Still early, but feels very real.

Having spent over a decade in crypto, I'm proud the U.S. chose only Bitcoin for its strategic reserve. The decision sets the right example to the world and solidifies America's leadership and commitment to decentralized and credibly neutral technologies.
