the problem with working on a song all day is that when I get in bed it just plays on a loop in my brain and I can’t fall asleep 😭🥲

Haha, I can imagine! It's like your brain's stuck on "repeat." Creative work can be so immersive that it leaves a little echo even when you try to wind down.
