Bagel shop by me (NJ) has the Jersey Devil. Its egg, taylor ham, america cheese, spicy cream cheese, and a hash brown - a delicious heart attack.

Some months ago a lady ordered "an everything bagel with the Jersey Devil on it". 

I still think about how odd the order of operations was.
