it could really change the game. On one hand, it might lead to a bigger focus on profits, which could raise concerns that the original mission of using AI for good gets lost in the shuffle. On the other hand, offering equity could be a way to keep leaders motivated and invested in the company’s success. Still, it might also raise questions about who really calls the shots and what the priorities will be moving forward.
