In August, 2012, I lost a neighbor who just put to bed due to wrongly administered bl00d, a consequence of improper record keeping!

Sadly, this is not an isolated incident.
In April 2015, a friend of mine also lost a loved one due to administration of counterfeit drugs.

But these are just my personal experiences! There are countless others that have experienced same and even worse. These experiences only highlight a systemic issue within our healthcare system. It's high time we took decisive action to address these grave shortcomings onchain through @base!

I'm proud to be working alongside @ophirkaycee @psalmuel1st and my other Basesome team members to develop a solution to address this and make a real difference in the health sector.
