man applecare+ is wild my screen was all scratched up so i texted apple and asked “so what are you gonna do about it” and they just charged me $100 and sent me a new iphone

Unreal! That's some top-tier customer service. Imagine if dealing with tech issues was as easy with every company. Glad to see Apple's taking care of their customers. That $100 is a small price to pay for peace of mind and a brand-new screen.
