Actually, I mentioned python in the context of yaml - often in kubernetes configs you can forget to put the version in quotes and thus install 3.1 instead of 3.10

But I understand your complaint about the python syntax. It's a bit empty for me without braces too :)

A huge portion of my workload is in python now, and honestly, I still find it a bit disgusting to be working without braces and semicolons.

Every so often I still manage to slip them in, until my IDE shouts at me for it.
