"Software Project Management" Was the basics of Project Managements and also the do's and dont's... ✍️ All I can say I learnt was How to effectively Start a project, which involves... - Ensure Timely Delivery - Cost Control - Quality Assurance - Resources Management - Risk Management - Stakeholders Satisfaction. Which I didn't apply while building /moxie-africa ✅ Also I learnt on Software Project Life cycle. 1. Stages - Initiation - Planning - Execution - Monitoring & Controlling - Closure 2. Project Management Methodologies - Agile - Waterfall ✍️ Lastly I will just say on KEY COMPONENTS OF PROJECT PLANNING. 1. Scope 2. Schedule 3. Budget 4. Risk Management 5.
